Berea Church began with a small group of families gathering to praise, worship, and study God's Word. From those humble beginnings, our congregation has grown with the purpose of building lives centered on Christ.

We are a family that supports one another through good times and difficult ones. We are driven by a passion to serve believers, reach those who do not yet know Christ, support missions, and show compassion.

Our need

As our church has grown, so has the need for a suitable gathering space. Commercial rental costs in Austin and the surrounding area, along with limited availability, make it difficult to maintain an appropriate place for our services and ministries.

Setting up and taking down chairs, the stage, sound equipment, and multimedia equipment every week requires our volunteers' time and effort. Our growing children's ministry also needs a suitable environment to teach God's Word to different age groups.

Searching for a new location whenever a lease ends limits continuity in our ministries. We long for a permanent place that will allow us to grow and serve with a long-term vision.

Our commitment of faith

As a congregation, we have begun saving and giving toward a house of worship dedicated to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Purchasing a property is a significant investment, but we move forward with faith, unity, and confidence in God's provision.

We want a place where future generations can worship, grow, and be sent out to fulfill the Great Commission.
